Sometimes it's just not that easy to sum up all of your qualifications on a resume. I know, I
know...everyone's looking for that qualified candidate. If you've come here, to see what I'm capable of,
you've come to the right place. Because this is the only place where I can put all the things that I can
do without putting it in resume format. So here goes....


What is my objective?
Well, I've been doing administrative work for over 15 years. And I don't want to b cocky, but I'm really
good at what I do. I learn quickly so it's easy for me to get bored. I like to be challenged so that I can
continue to grow both in my business and personal life. I want to continue working in the
administrative field, but I've added a little something extra...Web development. I currently attend
Strayer University online and am striving to obtain my BS in Computer Information Systems. So I'd
like to get into a position where I can utilize my administrative skills, without neglecting the
opportunity to grow in web development.

What software am I comfortable using?
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Access, Outlook, Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash,
Fireworks, Adobe PhotoShop, the Internet, Yahoo Sitebuilder, Cahabaworks, and just about any
software that I can get my hands on and figure out. I've been using the computer for a very long time
so there is no software (that I've come across yet) that I can't learn or teach myself to use.

What qualifications do you have?
I've done everything from answering phones to event planning. I am a coordinator of events,
scheduler, I taught myself to build websites on WYSIWYG editors, I've helped people with technical
support for computers, phones and just about anything electrical. I started a business creating
marketing material for businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals. I've trained people to
use computers. I've maintained membership databases, completed accounts payable and
receivable transactions. And just in general, I've been very good at general office operations. I type at
least 75 to 80wpm. And I'm not afraid to learn.

What is your education level?

I've gained an Associates Degree in Business Administration from AIU online in 2007. My overall
GPA was a 3.47

I'm currently attending Strayer University to obtain my BS in Computer Information Systems with a
concentration in Web Development. My current GPA is 3.7

Are you involved in your community?

I'm a big advocate for community outreach. I am a volunteer at the pregnancy resource center. I'm a
strong believer in helping people who are in need. I also am a part of a local women's group. We
meet together for Bible study, however when there are community events, we pull together to make a
difference.

Our church provides assistance to needy families, sometimes paying bills and providing food. As the
church administrator, I experience first-hand what it feels like to lend a helping hand. I am currently in
the process of becoming a certified Zumba instructor and will look forward to using this as tool to do
business as well as raise funds for those who may need it.

Accomplishments

Well I'm really proud to say that when I worked for a non-profit organization, I wrote a grant for the very
first time and was awarded over $12,000. Since then, I've written grants for other organizations and
have been awarded as well.

Successfully organized and hosted a women's mentoring conference with over 150 in attendance.

Founded a non-profit organization helping and mentoring women.

What business experience do you have?

I have been a part time church administrator for 9 years. I also started my own business creating
marketing material for businesses, non-profits and individuals. My experience encompasses
general office work, graphic design, website development, coordinating and hosting seminars,
maintaining membership databases of over 150 clients, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
My schedule is very flexible making it possible for me to do church work on an as needed basis, so I
get in about 10-15 per week doing this job.

What are your interests?

Well as you can tell from the website, I am a "Jane of Many Trades". I love to sing, dance, write,
exercise, travel, volunteer in my community, motivational speaking, graphic design, participate in
stage plays, family time with my children and husband, and spend time on facebook. :)
